What is Cyclic Vomiting Syndrome (CVS)
CVS is classified as severe vomiting lasting from 3 hours and up to 3 days with no apparent cause. It most commonly starts at the same time of day and lasts the same amount of time. It is most common in children 0-3 years old, with sufferers growing out of it by 7-14 years old.
